The parking lot is the first thing every tenant, customer, and visitor encounters at your property. It is also, in our experience, the most consistently under-maintained surface on commercial properties across Bergen County.

We understand why. Parking lots are large, they get dirty fast, and the results of cleaning them are not as immediately dramatic as a freshly washed building facade. But the consequences of neglect accumulate — and they show up in ways that cost real money.

A commercial parking lot in New Jersey collects a remarkable variety of contaminants:
