Matt Halton
Founder & Co-Owner
Matt co-founded Therm-O-Jet in 1981 alongside Nancy. Drawing on his industrial background, he designed and hand-built the company's first self-contained pressure washing trucks — an approach that still defines the business today. He remains actively involved on the job.
Eric Halton
Owner & Second-Generation Operator
Eric grew up in the business and now leads day-to-day operations. He oversees every commercial account, stands behind every estimate, and brings decades of hands-on pressure washing expertise to every project across northern New Jersey.
